Halloween weekend on college campuses means one thing: very little clothing on women. As the men high five each other over this fact, we are going to tackle the tough question: Are skimpy Halloween costumes sexy or slutty?
I, for one, find the scantily clad law enforcer and the bikini-wearing firewoman to be completely impractical on an October night. But stay with me here.
