Most of Americans trade an hour’s sleep this weekend for more evening sunshine to enjoy after their work.

It means that there’s an official change to daylight savings time which occurs at 2 am, Sunday, local time and most of people there set their clocks and watches ahead an hour before going to bed this Sunday.
